True Support comes alive!

It is with great pleasure that we can announce the official launch of True Support, The service and maintenance division of True Colours Distribution. The new division is headed by business support manager Martin Chambers and offers full online support for registered customers. True Support members can log on to www.true-support.co.uk and raise automated tickets to alert the attention of an engineer who will remotely monitor and diagnose the problem and recommend a solution to resolve the issue.

Iain Campbell, sales and marketing director at True Colours, said: “As a specialist distributor, we have always offered comprehensive pre- and post-sales support for the products we sell. From training and consultancy to technical support and maintenance, we believe our level of service to the channel is second to none. True Support, however, takes the concept of customer service a step further. We have kicked off by offering True Support on our dZine and Dexon product lines, as they are sold into critical areas such as digital signage and command and control environments, but we will be rolling the service out across other product lines in the coming months.”

Martin Chambers, business manager for True Support, added: “We have noticed a growing demand for product support in the market, particularly for technical and digital signage products. It can be an enormous burden on system integrators to deliver the level of support that is often demanded by the client and it is not always available from the manufacturer. It makes sense for distribution to provide product support as it will relieve pressure on everyone, give the client peace of mind and generate repeat business.”
